After receiving your claim, a Travelers Claim professional will explain the next steps and assist you through the process.
We have employees in the area who are currently assisting customers. Our Catastrophe Response Team is also on the ground providing additional support to our locally-based Claim professionals. Our team is equipped with a vast array of digital tools—including virtual inspection mobile apps that they can use with customers to help expedite the claim process.
